About

The NSLA HOA is run by a volunteer-based board and they serve a two-year term. There are three active committees which are the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), Community Grounds Committee and Welcome Committee.

The annual dues are $50 per year due June 30th of each year and we provide a lot for our community. We provide stewardship of our community amenities, ensure our neighborhood has good curb appeal, and provide opportunities for neighbors to gather together.

Our neighborhood is situated in the well-established Settlers Landing neighborhood with the Settlers Landing Pool within walking distance of many of our homes.
