North Settlers Landing

North Settlers Landing Association (NSLA) is a self-managed small association of 103 homes in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Our community properties include: our own lake "Girl Scout lake" a community field "Trefoil Field", and a nature trail.

We have several events during the year including a Fall Cookout the weekend after Labor Day and Summer Movie Nights. Our Annual Member meeting is held in May where we approve the annual budget, hear our members ideas and make any changes to our HOA.
