HOA Disclosure Package Request

HOA Resale Certificate (formerly known as the Disclosure Package)

If you are involved with the sale/purchase of a home within North Settlers Landing you will need to request an HOA Resale Certificate.  

• There is a $250 fee payable via PayPal to nslahome@gmail.com

• We require the completion of a New Neighbor Information Form (which contains the Purchaser/Buyer's Information)

• We require a 14-day turnaround to provide the documentation.  

• Please send an e-mail to NSLAhome@gmail.com with your request and the date you need the information. Please respect that our board members are volunteers and carry full-time jobs, therefore we request the time that is allowed by statute.
